CAS Building Services Consultants is a consulting practice established as a sole proprietorship by Eng. Channa Soysa. Initially, the firm focused on consulting and design engineering for water supply and drainage, air conditioning and ventilation, fire protection and detection, LP Gas, as well as low voltage (LV) and extra-low voltage (ELV) systems. However, the company has since expanded into new areas, including acoustics. Eng. Channa Soysa takes pride in his involvement in these projects.

About Us

Eng. Channa Soysa

Skilled engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Lanka (1990) and over 34 years of experience in consultancy, design, and management of MEP systems for building services. Expertise includes plumbing systems, HVAC systems, fire-fighting systems, LP gas, swimming pools, as well as LV and ELV systems, and acoustic solutions.

Resourceful, analytical, and detail-oriented, I excel at managing multiple projects with competing deadlines. I proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies in consultancy, design, and operational processes. As a strong team player, I motivate others to achieve optimal production rates while adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
